About the Job
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team at Capability Scotland, Upper Springland Campus. You’ll help keep our customer flats and shared spaces sparkling clean and safe, creating a comfortable environment for everyone who lives and works here. No two days are the same, and your work really makes a difference in people’s lives!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cleaning rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Running laundry duties – washing, drying, and sorting clothes and linens
- Keeping stock of cleaning supplies (and letting us know when we’re running low)
- Filling in cleaning checklists after each shift
- Following health and safety rules to keep everyone safe
- Pitching in to help the team and stepping up when the Senior Administrator is away
What We’re Looking For:
- Some experience with cleaning or housekeeping
- A good eye for detail and high cleaning standards
- Friendly, positive attitude and a team player
- Able to follow safety and hygiene guidelines
- Good at organising your time and getting things done
Schedule Flexibility
This rewarding role requires flexibility from applicants. You are most likely to be offered shifts: Sunday 0800‑1530, Monday 0800‑1600 & Tuesday 0800‑1600, with housekeeping services 7 days per week.
