Do you like photography and music? If so, you may be the person I am looking for. My name is George, I am 77 years young and have Lewy Body Dementia and other health needs, including Parkinsonism and Glaucoma. I am seeking a Personal Assistant to help care for me and give my family a break.
The role involves assisting with all aspects of personal care, including:
- Showering
- Dressing
- Continence issues
- Medication management (including three types of eye drops, four times a day)
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities and experience:
- Experience in Adult Social Care
- Experience in a medical setting
- First Aid certification
- Patience
- Honesty and trustworthiness
- Good communication skills
- Reliability
- Flexibility
