The Role

In our bright, fully adapted residential settings, each customer enjoys their own space, access to communal areas, and support tailored to their needs. Your role will include:

  • Assisting with personal care, dressing, medication, mobility, and mealtimes
  • Helping residents engage in activities that bring them joy and independence – from cinema trips to themed game nights
  • Promoting dignity, choice, and active participation in community life
  • A caring, supportive, and reliable nature
  • Ability to work nights as part of a consistent rota
  • Drivers welcome (costs covered for outings), but not essential
