The Role
In our bright, fully adapted residential settings, each customer enjoys their own space, access to communal areas, and support tailored to their needs. Your role will include:
- Assisting with personal care, dressing, medication, mobility, and mealtimes
- Helping residents engage in activities that bring them joy and independence – from cinema trips to themed game nights
- Promoting dignity, choice, and active participation in community life
- A caring, supportive, and reliable nature
- Ability to work nights as part of a consistent rota
- Drivers welcome (costs covered for outings), but not essential
