Are you looking for your next support worker opportunity? Wallace Court is a residential and respite service in Elderslie, Johnstone, providing 24‑hour support 7 days a week to customers aged between 18 and 65 with physical and learning disabilities.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be a key member of the team, providing:

  • High standards of support to our customers
  • A creative and caring approach
  • Opportunities to build strong relationships with our customers, their families and other supporting professionals
  • Encouragement and support to live as independently as possible
  • Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for the role, so energy and initiative are vital
  • Excellent communication, flexibility and empathy

Having a driving licence and a willingness to drive adapted vehicles is a preferred requirement. This will enable you to support customers with social outings, medical appointments and accessing their local and wider community.

Hours and Location

Hours: 39 and part‑time contracts available. You will work on a 9‑week rolling rota, covering three shifts: 0700‑1500, 1400‑2200 and 2130‑0800.

Location: Main Road, Elderslie, Johnston, PA5 9ES
