Role Overview

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join us. You’ll be at the heart of our finance operations, maintaining accurate records and helping us make informed financial decisions that support our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately in the appropriate ledgers.
  • Supporting and managing our Finance Officers to maintain high performance.
  • Preparing VAT and Gift Aid returns using our financial data.
  • Assisting in the preparation of our annual accounts in compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Managing debtors, creditors, and cash flow to ensure proper billing and liquidity.
  • Collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Candidate Profile

While you don’t need to tick every box, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Finance qualifications or solid experience in finance.
  • Familiarity with integrated ledger systems.
  • Comfort handling large volumes of documents and data.
  • Ability to communicate financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
