Responsibilities
- Provide governance oversight, scrutiny, and support to the organisation’s management.
- Contribute to the strategic direction, clarity of purpose, aims, and objectives.
- Lead the board in driving change and shaping the future direction of the organization.
- Support the growth and development of Corseford College, the first and only college in Scotland dedicated to young adults with multiple and complex disabilities.
- Encourage innovative, high‑quality solutions to address gaps in care and support provision.
Qualifications & Experience
- Expertise in Health & Social Care, Social Work, fundraising, marketing, communications, education, technology, or experience with assistive technology and AI in person‑centred care.
- Lived experience of disability is highly valued.
- A commitment to inclusion and diversity across the board.
