Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant for Mavis

My name is Mavis, I am 92 years old and have vascular dementia. I am seeking a Personal Assistant to support me during my current PA\’s holidays and on their days off.

Qualities we\’re looking for:

• Friendly
• Honest and Trustworthy
• Reliable
• Sensitive to my moods and needs
• Some knowledge of dementia

Support required includes:

• Washing
• Dressing
• Showering
• Meal Preparation

I enjoy doing jigsaws, chatting about my past and family, and I used to enjoy golf. I also like getting outdoors when the weather permits and going for a coffee at the Gateway.

Additional requirements:

• Females only need apply, as permitted under Schedule 9 Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
• Proof of right to work in the UK will be required if successful.
