Hi, my name is Allan. I\βm an 84-year-young gentleman living in a beautiful part of Dumfries & Galloway. Despite having a prosthetic leg, I\βm an easy-going person who loves living life to the fullest. I\βm looking for support totalling 14 hours per week to assist me with daily living tasks.
Support Needed:
Morning Visit:
- Washing
- Dressing
- Showering (at least twice a week)
- Help getting ready for bed
- Assistance into bed
- Ensure that I am comfortable and have everything that I need
About Me:
I enjoy going to the pub on Friday afternoons for a couple of hours to meet friends. I also like watching television, especially news channels and quiz shows, and I enjoy listening to music.
About You:
I\βm looking for someone who is:
- Dedicated and reliable
- Lives locally
- Flexible
- Honest and trustworthy
- Moving and assisting trained is preferred but not essential (training can be provided for the right person)
- Friendly and able to engage in good conversation
