I am Grace and I am 18 years old. I am looking for a fun and responsible Personal Assistant to help me with daily tasks and do activities with me. I am a wheelchair user, I have a spinal rod, brittle bones and have seizures. Due to my medical conditions, I need someone who is good at communicating so you can update my mother.

Personal care is included in the role which would be toileting, giving a bed bath and dressing. The roles also include giving medication 3 times a day, meal preparation, feeding, light housework, using a hoist and a sling. I go to the ARC and Solway Support a couple of days a week that you would come to. On the days that I am not there, I need an interactive PA that can come up with and do activities within my ability. I enjoy going for walks, shopping and going to Dalscone.

This job is to cover annual leave and sickness of my Personal Assistant, so no regular hours guaranteed. On the weeks when hours are available, I am flexible and there are no set days. I need someone who is comfortable driving a mobility van. The rate of pay would be £12.60 per hour with paid annual leave of 5.6 weeks pro rata. A suitable PVG is required.
