Morning support (9 am) includes washing, dressing, and a shower (twice a week) or a wash every day. Evening support (4:30 pm) for an hour involves making my evening meal and helping me get ready for bed.

You'll need to notice small changes in my health and have your own transport (travel expenses can be discussed). I live on a rural farm with my son and hope to find someone who will become a caring, friendly part of my day.
