Hi, I am a woman in my 40s who lives in Thornhill and looking for a personal assistant to join my care team.
I am looking for someone to cover a minimum of 18 hours per week.
This would include Monday to Friday 4 visits a day the visits would be at 9:30am, 12:30am, 4pm and 7pm.
I am willing to be slightly flexible with these times.
Weekends may occasionally be needed however will be rotaed in advanced.
I need a PA to help me shower/wash, dress, dry and straighten my hair.
I am a wheelchair user and use a sara steady to mobilise.
Light housework and help with meals will also be required.
I am looking for someone with care experience and would need to do moving and handling training (can be provided).
I am looking for someone who can motivate me and let me be as independent as possible.
A PA would also have to be trustworthy, honest and reliable.
The rate of pay would be £13.45 per hour with paid annual leave of 5.6 weeks pro rata. A suitable PVG is required.
