Working Pattern
The role operates on a hybrid basis, typically four days per week office‑based and one day working remotely (subject to business requirements and may change over time).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a 5‑star, premium, whole of market, financial advisory service to clients.
- Grow your client bank while maintaining high standards of ongoing advice and service.
- Conduct in‑depth reviews of clients’ financial circumstances.
- Review and respond to clients’ changing needs with appropriate solutions.
- Proactively acquire and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and company enquiries.
- Maintain and develop a detailed knowledge of investments, pensions, and tax planning.
Qualifications
- Current experience as a Financial Adviser with Competent Adviser status.
- Level 4 Diploma (minimum); Chartered (desirable).
- Commercially minded, ambitious, and motivated to attract and grow new client relationships.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Alignment with our values, culture, and long‑term approach to advice.
- While an established client following is not a prerequisite, we welcome applicants who already have, or are developing, their own client bank.
