Senior Design Manager / Senior Project Manager London | Permanent | Full-Time An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Design Manager / Senior Project Manager to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy and play a pivotal role in the delivery of a major healthcare development in London.
This role requires a highly capable project leader with a proven track record of operating within NEC3 or NEC4 contractual environments, and the ability to take full ownership of design management, programme performance, commercial governance and contractual compliance across a large-scale, technically complex programme.
We are seeking someone who brings substantial senior-level experience, not only in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, but in leading them, driving commercial outcomes, and confidently managing the contractual and programme responsibilities that sit at the heart of this role.
The Opportunity The successful candidate will provide direction across multiple workstreams, acting as a key interface between design teams, client representatives and project stakeholders.
A thorough understanding of NEC contracts is essential, with the capability to manage Early Warnings, Compensation Events, change control processes and contractual notifications with clarity and authority.
