This role requires a highly capable project leader with a proven track record of operating within NEC3 or NEC4 contractual environments, and the ability to take full ownership of design management, programme performance, commercial governance and contractual compliance across a large-scale, technically complex programme.

- Minimum of five years’ practical NEC3 and/or NEC4 contract management experience, with clear examples of applying commercial and contractual processes.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, change management and commercial governance.
- NEC accreditation or formal NEC training is highly advantageous.
- Degree qualified in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability, with the ability to articulate commercial decisions clearly and concisely.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced project environment.
- Comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams and driving clarity across complex programmes.
