What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day‑to‑day administration across pensions, investments and protection
- Handling client queries (phone & email) with confidence and professionalism
- Processing new business and preparing client review packs
- Coordinating adviser diaries and arranging client meetings
- Requesting illustrations and supporting the advice process
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring files are compliant
- Providing essential back-office support to the wider team
