CAP Resourcing is proud to be working with a well-established financial planning business in Southampton who are looking to appoint an Adviser Support Administrator to join their growing team. This is a key support role, working closely with Financial Advisers to ensure clients receive a professional, compliant and personable financial planning experience.
To be successful in this role, you will be:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident in written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to manage multiple tasks and varying workloads
- IT-literate with solid Microsoft Office skills
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience within a financial services environment
- Knowledge of investment products such as ISAs, pensions and bonds
- Experience using CRM systems and investment platforms
- Willingness to work towards a regulatory qualification (no qualifications required initially)
