CAP Resourcing is partnered with a leading multidisciplinary practice who are looking to appoint an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial projects throughout London and the South, with occasional work further afield.
The Role
You will play a key part in delivering high-quality surveying services, taking ownership of a varied workload that includes:
- Dilapidations
- Party wall matters
- Contract administration
- Defects diagnosis
- General building surveying
- Project coordination (advantageous)
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- MRICS or FRICS qualified
- Commercially astute with strong technical expertise
- Experienced across core building surveying disciplines
- Confident engaging with clients and managing projects end-to-end
This role offers genuine career progression, with a clear pathway to Associate Director/Director level for the right individual.
