We’re looking for a detail driven Senior Corporate Administrator to support a portfolio of workplace and group pension schemes. If you thrive on accuracy, enjoy problem solving and love keeping processes running smoothly, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day administration for workplace pension schemes
- Processing new members, leavers, retirements and contribution changes
- Supporting employers with payroll queries, pension contributions and salary sacrifice calculations
- Investigating discrepancies and ensuring data is accurate across systems
- Handling auto-enrolment tasks, statutory notices and scheme renewals
- Being a key contact for employers, payroll teams and pension providers
- Maintaining clear records, audit trails and compliant documentation
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in pension admin, payroll or financial services
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication and a professional approach
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracySolid Excel and MS Office skills
