We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer with a passion for Workplace Interiors to join an international design studio in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects from concept to completion, shaping innovative, functional, and inspiring workspaces that reflect the studio’s design philosophy and core values.

As a senior team member, you will take creative and strategic ownership of projects, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver outstanding results.

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Extensive experience in the Workplace Interiors sector
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• In-depth knowledge of NBS Create/Chorus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office , Adobe Creative Suite , or Affinity
• Strong visual and verbal presentation skills, including hand-drawing
• Proven experience delivering projects across all RIBA Stages 1–7
• Expertise in brief development and project management from concept to construction
• Confidence in engaging with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring design teams
• A passion for sustainability; experience on projects with sustainability accreditations is a plus
