Senior - Principal Electrical Engineer
Plymouth
Hybrid
Salary - £38,000 - £55,000 depending on level and experience
Our client, a well known engineering consultancy, has excellent opportunities for experienced Electrical Engineers who are ready to take the lead on exciting, multi-disciplinary building projects, from initial concepts right through to delivery.
In this role, you’ll be:
- Driving the technical delivery of electrical design services across a variety of sectors.
- Leading the development of innovative, strategic design concepts that meet both the brief and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth, successful delivery.
- Mentoring and developing the next generation of engineers, from apprentices to graduates.
- Keeping a close eye on resources, fees, and timelines to keep projects running efficiently.
What you’ll bring:
- A proven track record as an Electrical Engineer (or similar), delivering complex, design-led projects.
- Proficiency with modern tools and processes, ideally including BIM, Revit, Electrical OM, Dialux or Relux.
- Experience working directly with clients and design teams.
