CAP Resourcing is proud to be partnering with a sustainability focused, multidisciplinary consultancy, currently seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a senior technical role within a growing and innovative practice, working on a broad range of projects with a focus on design quality, coordination, and client delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Architectural Technology (essential).
• MCIAT or working towards professional qualification (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience managing technical projects across all RIBA stages, particularly within the residential sector.
• Strong construction knowledge, detailing skills, and the ability to resolve on-site technical queries.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
