We’re recruiting for a Financial Services Onboarding Operations Coordinator to join a fast growing Financial Planning network, supporting adviser firms as they transition into a technology driven and highly efficient operating environment. This is a varied, fast paced role offering exposure to operations, implementation, adviser support and financial planning technology, ideal for someone organised, proactive and eager to develop within the industry.

The Role

  • Supporting system setup, user access and provider onboarding
  • Coordinating onboarding and implementation activities across adviser firms
  • Maintaining project trackers and ensuring smooth delivery timelines
  • Assisting with training sessions and onboarding support
  • Helping firms navigate systems, processes and first client cases
  • Managing provider communications and resolving setup queries
  • Contributing to process improvements, automation ideas and operational efficiencies
  • Using AI and technology tools to enhance workflows and client delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within Financial Services, Operations, Administration or Client Services
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence using systems, spreadsheets and technology platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Interest in AI, automation and operational improvement
