They’re looking for an Implementation Executive to play a key role in the onboarding, training, and long-term support of advisers joining the platform. This is a highly visible, adviser-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining platform knowledge with relationship management and practical delivery.
The Role:
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new advisers onto the platform.
- Deliver structured, tailored training to advisers and support staff, ensuring confidence and adoption.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout implementation and go-live.
- Support advisers with platform configuration, integrations, workflows, and best practice.
- Assist firms in embedding the restricted advice framework, investment proposition, and product set.
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure advisers are fully operational and using the platform effectively.
- Create and maintain onboarding documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Identify issues during onboarding, resolving where possible and escalating appropriately.
- Gather adviser feedback and work closely with internal teams to improve processes and the overall adviser experience.

- Experience in platform implementation, onboarding, training, or adviser support within financial services.
- Strong understanding of investment platforms, adviser operations, and UK advice processes.
