A rapidly growing financial services network is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to support partner firms through onboarding and the early stages of integration. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK financial advice process and ideally possess experience working with Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firms.
You’ll be the key point of contact from the moment a firm joins; ensuring a smooth transition, resolving issues quickly, and building strong, trusted relationships that set them up for long‑term success. You’ll manage the partner pipeline, keep firms engaged and informed, handle relationship reviews, spot risks early, and coordinate with internal teams to keep everything moving. The role also supports growth activity, contributes insight to leadership, helps shape network communications and events, and uses technology and AI tools to enhance relationship management.
