With over 30 years of specialist expertise, this market leading team advises major owners and occupiers across the UK, delivering strategic business rates advice, managing complex appeals, and helping clients reduce liabilities across substantial property portfolios. Recent growth, major framework appointments, and high profile instructions make this an exciting time to join.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of rating cases
  • Preparing and submitting Check, Challenge & Appeal cases
  • Undertaking inspections, valuations, and negotiations
  • Representing clients with the VOA and billing authorities
  • Supporting business development and client growth
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team development

What We’re Looking For:

  • MRICS qualified with strong post qualified business rates experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases and client relationships
  • Strong valuation, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues
  • Knowledge of UK rating systems and legislation
  • Existing client following (advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence
