We're looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to take ownership of a prestigious London portfolio, working alongside a highly regarded Property & Asset Management team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving operational excellence, and making a real impact across high-profile commercial asset s.
Proven experience managing commercial property portfolios.
Strong knowledge of FM compliance, health & safety and building operations.
Experience managing contractors, procurement and service charge budgets.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
NEBOSH qualification (or willingness to work towards) is advantageous.
