Are you looking to develop your project management career within a collaborative design environment? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of complex and high profile projects across a variety of sectors.

Working alongside experienced Design Managers and multidisciplinary teams, you'll play a key role in supporting project delivery from inception through to completion. This position offers excellent exposure to design management, project controls, and stakeholder coordination within a dynamic studio environment.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with diverse teams.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong MS Excel skills and good overall IT capability.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • An understanding of the construction or design industry, including familiarity with design processes.
  • Knowledge of project programming principles such as critical path analysis, logic links, baselines, and float.
  • Exposure to scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Asta Powerproject would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Experience working in a design-led or professional services environment is beneficial.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
