We’re looking for an Implementation Associate to join a fast growing financial planning network and play a key role in onboarding and supporting adviser firms as they transition into a modern, technology driven environment. This is a varied, hands on role where you’ll work closely with internal teams and adviser firms to ensure smooth implementation, operational readiness, and ongoing support during the embedding phase.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting system setup, user access, and provider onboarding
- Coordinating implementation activities and maintaining project trackers
- Assisting with training sessions and onboarding support
- Helping firms navigate systems, processes, and first client cases
- Managing provider communications and resolving setup issues
- Contributing to process improvements, documentation, and automation ideas
- Using AI and technology tools to improve efficiency and delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in operations, administration, client services, or financial services
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
