We’re looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join a growing existing business team within a Wealth Management firm. This is a key role where you’ll provide high level operational and administrative support, working closely with senior management and clients.
The Senior Administrator will be responsible for providing high level operational and administrative support to the clients and senior management. This role requires a keen eye for detail and accuracy in the processing, reconciliation, and reporting of client instructions. The Senior Administrator will serve as a subject‑matter expert and provide guidance to junior staff on operations processes and best practices. You’ll be a trusted part of a small, high performing team, managing your own workload and delivering exceptional service. Acting in clients’ best interests will be at the heart of everything you do.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven IFA/financial advisory experience (essential)
- Minimum 3+ years in financial services
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Progress towards (or completion of) relevant industry qualifications
- A proactive, solutions focused mindset with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
