We’re working with a growing and highly regarded financial planning firm who are looking to add an experienced Paraplanner to their supportive, collaborative team. This is a varied and engaging role where you’ll provide high-quality technical and planning support to Financial Planners, helping to deliver clear, compliant and well-structured advice that genuinely meets client needs. You’ll be exposed to a broad range of planning scenarios and have the opportunity to make a real impact on both client outcomes and the wider business.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning / wealth management firm
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice (Level 4) or equivalent
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end advice process across multiple planning areas
- Confident analysing products, solutions and risk to support appropriate recommendations
- Solid knowledge of the regulatory and governance environment
- Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric approach
- Excellent numeracy and report-writing capability
- Experience using Xplan or similar financial planning systems
