Senior Client Services Administrator – Wealth Management
Worcestershire / Hybrid | c£33,000 + Benefits

We’re working with a well-established, highly regarded wealth management firm known for its personal approach, strong ethics, and genuine commitment to putting clients first. The Role
As Senior Client Services Administrator, you’ll work closely with Financial Planners to ensure a seamless client experience and smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll take ownership of workflows, use technology to streamline processes, and act as a trusted point of contact for clients, always communicating with clarity and care.
You’ll also manage client records, process business, and oversee AML documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every stage. Beyond your core responsibilities, you’ll play a key role in supporting and mentoring team members, helping to drive continual improvement across the function.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in financial planning or wealth management administration
- Ideally CII, CISI, or LIBF qualified to Level 3 or above (or working towards it)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, team-focused mindset and genuine passion for client service
