We're looking for an Implementation Associate to join a fast growing financial planning network and play a key role in onboarding and supporting adviser firms as they transition into a modern, technology driven environment.

This is a varied, hands on role where you'll work closely with internal teams and adviser firms to ensure smooth implementation, operational readiness, and ongoing support during the embedding phase.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting system setup, user access, and provider onboarding
  • Coordinating implementation activities and maintaining project trackers
  • Assisting with training sessions and onboarding support
  • Helping firms navigate systems, processes, and first client cases
  • Managing provider communications and resolving setup issues
  • Contributing to process improvements, documentation, and automation ideas
  • Using AI and technology tools to improve efficiency and delivery

  • Experience in operations, administration, client services, or financial services
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
