We’re working with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy that is looking to grow its Cardiff office with the addition of an experienced Senior BIM Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving team in a brand-new city centre location, with access to exciting national and local projects across multiple sectors.

The Role:
This is a key role within a well-established BIM and engineering team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, data-rich 3D models and 2D drawings using Revit across a range of building sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, and residential.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with hands-on experience delivering MEP projects
- Familiarity with CDE platforms (e.g., BIM 360 / ACC), clash detection tools, and workflow automation (e.g., Dynamo)
- Strong attention to detail and an organised, proactive mindset
- The ability to work independently while also supporting coordinated team delivery
- A willingness to mentor junior team members and contribute to broader digital initiatives
