BIM Coordinator – Architecture Location: London Sector: Architecture | BIM | Design Technology We’re currently supporting an award-winning architectural practice in their search for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their London studio. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of large-scale, complex projects within a collaborative, design-led environment. As part of the BIM team, you’ll work closely with architectural and consultant teams to ensure effective coordination and delivery of project BIM outputs. You’ll bring strong technical skills, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the confidence to guide and support others on best practice BIM workflows. Key requirements: Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology (or equivalent) Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator on medium/large projects Advanced Revit skills and confidence mentoring others Experience using ACC, BIM Execution Plans, and ISO 19650 standards Strong coordination and clash detection experience (Navisworks essential; Revizto a plus) Familiarity with tools such as PyRevit, Dynamo, Grasshopper or Ideate is beneficial Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills If you’re a proactive BIM professional with a passion for architectural design and digital delivery, we’d love to speak with you.
