CAP Resourcing is working with an established technology business that is looking for a customer focused 1st Line Service Desk Agent to join its team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with service desk experience who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting customers and working as part of a collaborative IT team.
The Role
As a 1st Line Service Desk Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers requiring technical support. You’ll troubleshoot a range of IT issues, manage support requests and ensure customers receive an efficient, high-quality service.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous service desk experience, ideally within a managed services environment.
- A good understanding of Azure, networking and servers.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and organisational abilities.
- A proactive approach and a genuine desire to help customers.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.
Essential qualifications:
- AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals.
- MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
SC-900: Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals would be desirable.
