About the role
Canvas Offices delivers exceptional workspace through a fast-moving programme of new builds, refurbishments, and alterations. As Project Coordinator, you’ll sit at the centre of our Property Development team — keeping timelines, information, and people aligned across Interior Design, FF&E Procurement, and project delivery. You’ll work closely with the Head of Property Development, taking the coordination load off their desk so they can lead rather than administer.
What you’ll do
- Own and maintain project trackers across all active builds, refurbishments, and alterations — keeping timelines accurate and risks flagged.
- Attend and minute weekly site meetings, logging actions and chasing to completion.
- Produce biweekly project updates and budget reports for leadership and the Head of Finance.
- Support the pre-lease coordination process — tracking consultant appointments and deliverables through to SLT sign-off.
- Chase third-party consultants, designers, and suppliers for deliverables, drawing reviews, and outstanding orders.
- Coordinate snag walks and FF&E snagging schedules, and manage the handover process to Operations at project close.
What you’ll bring
- 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role — ideally in property, construction, or interior design.
- Exceptional organisational skills — you keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping anything.
- Clear communicator — comfortable liaising with designers, contractors, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; comfortable with SharePoint.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
- A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset — you notice what’s missing before it becomes a problem.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with RIBA project stages or construction workflows.
- Experience with asset management or procurement software.
- PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent qualification.
