About the role
Based in our Central Cluster (Holborn), this is an exciting opportunity for somebody who wants to progress within a fast paced, growing company. Our Operations Assistants are responsible for the general aesthetic appearance of the facilities across all buildings in our portfolio. Reporting to the General Manager (GM), you will be:
- Working alongside the GM and Client Experience Managers maintaining a high standard ensuring our buildings are clean, safe, secure and in good decorative / operational order.
- Proactively identifying issues that require repair or replacement and raising tickets for the relevant party to rectify.
- Providing general support to GMs and CEMs on day-to-day operational activities such as maintaining presentable communal spaces and stocking up drinks stations.
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks where needed.
About you
You’re adaptable to change and are always prepared to go the extra mile. You’ve got a collaborative mindset and have experience working with various internal departments. You’re a ‘solution provider’ and are personable with the ability to work in a start-up environment. You have:
- Basic IT knowledge, meaning you could comfortably use Smartphone software.
- A flexible mindset and a willingness to potentially grow to within the company.
- An eye for design and detail, potentially with a cleaning or 'runner' background.
- A friendly, can-do approach.
