Do you live and breathe multi-format content creation? Do you love telling stories that resonate and turning ideas into stand-out creative assets and campaigns that make an impact? We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and help bring the Canvas8 story to life. If you have proven B2B digital marketing experience, particularly in creating compelling content and driving results across platforms such as LinkedIn and email, we would love to hear from you.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of key digital channels and see the direct impact of your work on engagement and business results. You will join a collaborative team that values curiosity, creativity and continuous learning, where your ideas are appreciated and your contributions make a difference.

About Us: We are Canvas8, a strategic insights practice operating out of London, New York, Los Angeles, Singapore and Manila. We help our clients understand people so they can make better business decisions. Our work investigates the hidden insights in everyday life - from the psychology of boredom to teenage make-up rituals to why Barbiecore is a Gen Y thing - and make them meaningful for brands. Our team is a diverse blend of disciplines and skills - ranging from psychology to journalism, and from anthropology to behavioural economics. What unites them is a desire to understand people and a passion for delivering outstanding work.

About The Role: As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be at the heart of bringing our brand to life online. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will craft the visual and written narratives that connect with our audience across digital channels, from campaigns and social media to email marketing and events. In this role, you will take insights and ideas and turn them into content and campaigns that really resonate with our audience. You will make sure everything we put out into the world is engaging, on-brand and aligned with our goals. You will help track performance, spot trends and suggest new ways to keep our marketing fresh and effective.

Day-to-day:

  • Take ownership of our LinkedIn channel, managing content planning, creation, scheduling and performance to ensure a consistent and engaging presence.
  • Write clear, compelling copy for social posts, emails and landing pages that align with our tone of voice and commercial goals.
  • Create visual content - including graphics, GIFs and short videos - using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages while fostering meaningful conversations and identifying brand advocates.
  • Set up, monitor and optimise paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, ensuring effective targeting, budget management and ROI.
  • Build and send email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including list management, testing and reporting.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all content and creative outputs consistently reflect our visual identity and tone of voice.
  • Track and report on performance metrics across social, paid and email channels, sharing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and competitor activity, proactively suggesting new ideas and formats to enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support campaigns, events and PR activity, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with wider business objectives.

About You: You are a natural storyteller, skilled at crafting clear, engaging and on-brand copy that resonates with a professional B2B audience. Whether for social posts, email campaigns or landing pages, you can turn complex ideas into messages that are compelling, concise and impactful - capturing attention, sparking conversation and driving action. Creativity is at the core of everything you do, and you enjoy bringing ideas to life through visual content, experimenting with formats and finding fresh ways to make content stand out, all while keeping it polished and aligned with the brand. You are highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple campaigns and projects with ease. Dependable and detail-focused, you take ownership of your work, ensure nothing slips through the cracks and consistently deliver high-quality results on time. You are also hungry to learn, eager to take on new challenges and motivated by the opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic marketing environment. Above all, you are friendly and personable, approachable and easy to work with and able to build strong relationships across the business. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues, sharing ideas and contributing to a team environment where everyone can succeed together.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B setting.
  • Experience managing a LinkedIn channel, including content, community engagement and paid campaigns.
  • Experience using an email platform (preferably HubSpot) to build, send and report on campaigns.
  • Ability to track and report on campaign performance, analysing data to provide clear insights.
  • Strong copywriting skills for social media, email and landing pages.
  • Experience creating visual content such as graphics, GIFs and short videos using tools including Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and campaigns at once.
  • Creative and confident in generating ideas and experimenting with content formats.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring all content is polished, consistent and on-brand.
  • Collaborative and able to work well across teams.
  • Eager to learn, take on new challenges and stay up to date with digital marketing trends.

Benefits:

  • Hybrid working (2 days at the office) with flexible start times.
  • 29 days paid holiday (including bank holidays).
  • Interest-free ‘Life Unlock Loan' for lump sum payments (rental deposits, sponsorship, etc.).
  • A personalised career development plan.
  • Access to physical and mental wellbeing support, including two ‘Mental Wealth' days.
  • Pension, life insurance, cashback private health plan and cycle scheme.
  • Summer Fridays, seasonal benefits and lots of staff socials.
