We\’re looking for an IT Support Technician with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position, comfortable talking with external clients and representing yourself with stakeholders.
This role requires you to be degree qualified with a minimum of a 2:1 classification, have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with great communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with clients to retain business
- Liaising with developers on technical queries
- Managing and prioritising all support requests against SLAs
- Willing to grow technical skills on the job
- Communicate updates directly to stakeholders, both internal and external
- Act as the IT guru for the internal Canvas team
