About the Role

Canvas Offices delivers exceptional workspace through a fast‑moving programme of new builds, refurbishments, and alterations. As a Project Coordinator you sit at the centre of our Property Development team — keeping timelines, information and people aligned across Interior Design, FF&E Procurement, and project delivery. You work closely with the Head of Property Development, taking the coordination load off their desk so they can lead rather than administer.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and maintain project trackers across all active builds, refurbishments, and alterations — keeping timelines accurate and risks flagged.
  • Attend and minute weekly site meetings, logging actions and chasing to completion.
  • Produce biweekly project updates and budget reports for leadership and the Head of Finance.
  • Support the pre‑lease coordination process — tracking consultant appointments and deliverables through to SLT sign‑off.
  • Chase third‑party consultants, designers, and suppliers for deliverables, drawing reviews, and outstanding orders.
  • Coordinate snag walks and FF&E snagging schedules, and manage the handover process to Operations at project close.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role — preferably in property, construction, or interior design.
  • Exceptional organisational skills — you keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping anything.
  • Clear communicator — comfortable liaising with designers, contractors, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; comfortable with SharePoint.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset — you notice what’s missing before it becomes a problem.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with RIBA project stages or construction workflows.
  • Experience with asset management or procurement software.
  • PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent qualification.
