The Opportunity
You will lead projects from concept through to installation, shaping thoughtful, highly resolved interiors with a clear creative direction. From early-stage concept development and FF&E sourcing through to layouts, presentations, and technical coordination, you will take ownership of both the creative and delivery aspects of a scheme. This role has a strong FF&E emphasis, where you will be responsible for developing and overseeing FF&E packages in detail, including specification, schedules, and documentation, while working closely with procurement agents to ensure alignment on budgets, timelines, and deliverables. You are expected to balance design intent with commercial realities, supporting value engineering where needed without compromising the integrity of the scheme.
Alongside the creative work, you will coordinate across consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all information is aligned through each stage. You will review shop drawings, manage samples and mock-ups, and attend site to oversee installation, maintaining quality and consistency from concept through to completion. You will also guide more junior designers, contributing to a collaborative studio environment where ideas are shared and developed collectively.
