The Opportunity

As a senior designer and project lead, you will oversee projects from concept to completion, directing design development, managing client communication, and guiding junior team members. Hotel experience is essential, with the ability to apply sector-specific standards across both creative and technical stages.

The Candidate

• Prepare concept design for director review, producing clear visual narratives and confident sketches
• Present schemes to clients and consultants, building strong ongoing relationships
• Lead detailed design and joinery packages, demonstrating advanced AutoCAD capability and team mentorship
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors, attending site meetings and resolving design issues
• Manage multiple project areas with strong organisation, programme awareness, and a proactive approach to problem solving
• 6+ years\’ experience, hotel projects essential
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
