The Opportunity The studio is looking for a Project Architect to join its London team, taking a leading role in the design and delivery of projects across the practice.
You will work across all RIBA stages, providing architectural design direction while taking responsibility for the successful delivery of the project brief, scope, budget and programme.
Depending on the project, you may act as Project Lead or Design Lead and serve as the principal point of contact for clients, consultants, project managers, contractors, fabricators and specialist suppliers.
The role will involve developing projects from feasibility and strategic definition through concept design, planning and statutory approvals, detailed design, tender and construction.
You will coordinate technical and construction drawing packages, review construction information, submittals, mock-ups and samples, and maintain oversight of design quality through regular site visits and project close-out.
