We are looking for a Middleweight Interior Designer to join our high‑end residential team in Richmond. You will support Senior Designers and Directors in taking projects from concept to site, developing presentations, layouts, material schemes, and FF&E schedules. You will assist with tender documentation, coordinate with consultants and contractors, attend site meetings, and support construction stages, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budgets.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Designers and Directors from concept through to site
- Develop presentations, layouts, material schemes, and FF&E schedules
- Prepare tender documentation

Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in high‑end residential interiors
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; EstiPC and SketchUp advantageous
- Strong creative ability with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines
