Our client is seeking a Middleweight Interior Designer with a strong FF&E and finishes focus to join their high-end residential team. Working closely with Senior Designers and Directors, the successful candidate will support projects from concept through to site, taking an active role in developing material schemes, furniture layouts, and detailed FF&E schedules. The role includes preparing presentations and visual documentation, coordinating with suppliers and makers, and assisting with tender and construction documentation. You will attend site meetings as required and support construction stages, ensuring design intent is carried through and projects are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget.

The Candidate

  • 4+ years’ experience working on high-end residential interior projects
  • Strong experience in FF&E, finishes, and material specification, with a refined design sensibility
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with EstiPC and SketchUp advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in schedules, specifications, and documentation
  • Confident communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Collaborative, proactive, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
