The Opportunity

As a Middleweight Interior Designer, you will play an active role in the development and delivery of hospitality projects, supporting the team from early concept stages through to detailed design and on-site completion. Working closely with senior designers and project teams, you will support the smooth progression of schemes from initial ideas through to final delivery.

The Candidate

  • Experience contributing to viable design concepts across boutique hotels, restaurants, and experiential hospitality environments
  • Confidence producing detailed drawing packages from concept through to construction, with a clear understanding of how ideas are realised on site
  • Strong experience sourcing and specifying FF&E, with a refined eye for detail, material selection, and budget awareness
  • Involvement across all project stages, from early design development through to delivery
  • Ability to create compelling visuals that communicate ideas clearly and help bring proposals to life for clients
  • Comfortable liaising with clients, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple workstreams within a busy studio setting
  • Positive, collaborative, and keen to contribute energy while continuing to learn and develop
