This award-winning London design studio forms part of an established multidisciplinary design and architecture practice with over three decades of industry experience. Renowned for its collaborative, design-led approach, the team delivers exceptional high-end residential interiors alongside a carefully curated selection of boutique commercial and hospitality-inspired projects across the UK and internationally.

Bringing together architects and interior designers under one roof, the studio creates refined, detail-driven spaces that balance contemporary design with bespoke craftsmanship and thoughtful materiality. Designers benefit from working across every stage of the project lifecycle, from concept through to completion, within a supportive and highly creative environment.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an Interior Designer with 2–3 years' experience to join a growing team working predominantly on residential projects.

Supporting the senior design team, you'll be involved throughout the design process, from concept development and space planning through to technical design, FF&E specification and procurement. You'll contribute to the creation of beautifully considered interiors, developing finishes schemes, producing technical drawing packages, coordinating suppliers, and helping to deliver projects to the highest standard.

While the role is primarily focused on high-end residential interiors, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to a selection of boutique commercial projects, offering excellent variety and exposure across the studio's portfolio.

This role would suit someone who combines strong design flair with excellent organisation, enjoys taking ownership of their work, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment.

The Candidate

  • 2–3 years' experience working on high-end residential interior design projects
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design and technical ability
  • Experience developing original interior concepts and space planning proposals
  • Strong FF&E design, specification and procurement experience
  • Confident producing technical drawing packages and detailed specifications
  • Professional proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Revit experience would be advantageous
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp would also be beneficial
  • Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, bespoke joinery and detailing
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a design team
  • Positive, adaptable and solutions-focused with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work to deadlines while maintaining a consistently high standard of design and documentation

The studio offers a collaborative working environment with the opportunity to work on exceptional residential interiors alongside a diverse range of boutique commercial projects, providing excellent scope for professional development and long-term career progression.
