The Opportunity
As a Middleweight Interior Designer / Workplace Designer, you will play an active role across both the creative and delivery phases of workplace projects. Working closely with a senior designer and a junior designer within a close-knit team, you will contribute to design development, space planning, and problem-solving across bespoke workplace interiors. You will support projects from early design stages through to implementation, producing coordinated drawing and documentation packages using AutoCAD.
The studio is AutoCAD-based, with no Revit required. SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape are used for visualisation, with modelling outsourced. There is a strong emphasis on design quality rather than heavy technical detailing, alongside opportunities to engage with and contribute to the wider business beyond individual projects. The salary for this position is £40,000 – £57,000, well above the typical market range for a middleweight-level role, reflecting the studio's commitment to attracting and retaining strong talent.
