The studio is looking for a Senior Architect / Architectural Technologist to join its London team, focusing on the technical development and delivery of complex interior projects. Working closely with the design team, consultants and contractors, you will translate design concepts into coordinated and buildable construction information. This will include:
- Producing detailed drawing packages
- Developing construction details
- Ensuring information is coordinated with building regulations and wider consultant requirements
You will take responsibility for technical quality across projects, resolving issues through design and construction while supporting more junior members of the team.
The Candidate:
- Strong experience in architecture, architectural technology or interior architecture
- Experience delivering complex hospitality, hotel or high-quality interior projects
- Excellent technical drawing, detailing and construction knowledge
- Experience producing comprehensive construction drawing packages
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and design teams
- Confidence resolving technical and construction issues
- Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
- Advanced CAD skills, with Revit/BIM experience advantageous
- Relevant architecture or architectural technology qualification
