The Studio is an established interiors business delivering design-led residential and mixed-use projects with a strong emphasis on quality, coordination, and commercial control. Working across FF&E packages, bespoke joinery, show flats, and amenity spaces, the team ensures seamless delivery from supplier appointment through to installation and handover, maintaining close alignment between design intent, budget, and programme.
Our client is seeking a commercially minded Procurement Specialist to support the procurement and supply chain coordination of FF&E packages across multiple projects. Working closely with the FF&E Lead and wider team, the successful candidate will take an active role in budget tracking, supplier coordination, tender comparisons, and purchase order management. The role includes overseeing logistics and warehouse coordination, reviewing samples and compliance documentation, and supporting installation and handover stages. You will liaise with site teams as required, helping to manage risk, maintain programme, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly, within budget, and to a high standard.
- 4+ years’ experience in procurement, FF&E coordination, or supply chain roles within interiors, hospitality, residential, or commercial projects
- Working knowledge of procurement logistics, including lead times and delivery coordination
- Experience using procurement or project management platforms
